Whenever you wake out of your power nap, you may feel really drowsy and also lethargic because of high melatonin levels. You should get your body back to its normal heat index of 98 degrees.

It can be understandable if you feel tired even if you live a sedentary life-style. This does not mean you’ll need more sleep, but indicates that you need much more movement and fewer naps. Such things happen due to the repeated dropping of body temperature.
